Mr. Engineers Industries has successfully developed a fully indigenous and cost-effective version of Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) Machines, specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Our FFS machines are built in compliance with cGMP standards and US FDA regulatory guidelines.

All product contact parts are manufactured using SS 316L, while non-contact parts are made of SS 304, ensuring hygiene and durability.

Our machines are equipped with In-Situ CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) systems, providing printed records of sterilization cycles as verifiable documentation. Integrity testing of both product and air filters is also available and can be documented.
